Hi everyone and welcome to my bookshop page… I’m a cook, author, ghost-writer, editor and recipe developer – and mum. I have written over twenty-five cookery books, all of which reflect my passion for healthy, fuss-free, nutrient-rich dishes.
I’ve written books on healthy eating, adaptable flexitarian meals, vegetarian food, pregnancy, weaning, children’s food and special diets – and feel honoured to have won many awards for my books over the years.
At the heart of my cooking is a desire to transform fresh ingredients into great-tasting, nutritious meals for friends and family. I like to get the best out of everyday foods by exploring different ways of preparing and cooking them, experimenting with how ingredients work together in terms of flavour and texture, as well as visually on the plate. My recipes are relaxed and easy-to-follow with simple yet detailed instructions.
