I think, for a lot of people, Graphic Novels feel quite difficult to get a handle on. Especially in terms of where to start (often they’re grouped together in shops regardless of genre. 'GN' is a medium, not a genre!). BUT it’s in my best interest that people feel at ease with them... So I’ve been thinking about pairings of wordy books with picture-y books. If you liked that, you might like this. You get it. Obviously very limited to what I, myself, have actually read but maybe it’s useful if you’re intrigued by Graphic Novels but don’t know where to start…
