Chronicles of Ancient Darkness: Wolf Brother: Book 1 in the million-copy-selling series
Michelle Paver
£7.99 £7.43My favourite collection of books are the Chronicles of Ancient Darkness by Michelle Paver. They are a fantasy based on prehistoric life as we understand it. It follows a boy called Torak, a girl called Renn and Torak’s trusted friend Wolf. I really enjoyed these books for their realism and the fact that you can imagine everything in the books happening in real life, although some parts of the books can be quite brutal and so I’d recommend them to anyone over the age of 10.

The Night Spinner
Abi Elphinstone
£6.99 £6.50This story is the third in a trilogy. It is a magical adventure story about gypsies living in the woods, who fight against dark magic. The main character is called Moll. This book was recommended to me by my older brother. I like the story because it helps me imagine living in the woods, and I like magic and adventures. I would like to have adventures like Moll, and live in the woods with my friends. In this series my favourite part was when Moll and her friends were given magic bows and arrows.
