I have loved and devoured books ever since I can remember. Books are the essence of learning, experiencing, feeling. 

This International Women’s Day, as we celebrate the publication of my new book, Own It: The Secret to Life, I am excited to share my recommended reading by women who each embody the spirit of OWN IT.

To OWN IT is to accept the truth and deal with it, however unpleasant it may be. It is accepting and standing for who we are. We own our imperfections, they become our assets; we own our vulnerability, it becomes our strength. Whatever the challenge is, own it. Owning it is the first step to everything.
