In celebration of Real Bread Week 2021 ( 20th to 28th Feb) we together with The Penny Bun Bakehouse and Uncle Sid's Zero Waste Store have put together a collection of the best books about real bread.
Created and run since 2010 by the Real Bread Campaign, Real Bread Week’s main aims are to encourage and help people to:
- Buy Real Bread from local, independent bakeries
- Bake their own Real Bread
- Support Sustain*, the charity behind the Real Bread Campaign
