Description

Tranquila, a retirement home where dreams are made, a utopian idea where age is just a number and older folk are simply people. It's a story of the impulsive Daniel Clarke, caring John, the would-be writer Honoria, Paddy, the man who has a song for every occasion, of Noreen, Maureen, Leslie, Gabriel and all the other residents who collectively call Tranquila 'home'. Memories, reminiscences, and conflicts between what is perceived and what is reality generate comedy and pathos in equal measure, as its residents adjust to life in retirement.
