Antony Mayfield is a writer and experienced business leader.
He has written several books on digital, business and culture including the Me and My Web Shadow, which was published internationally by Bloomsbury. He wrote the online marketing advice section for the Writers and Artists Yearbook for a number of years and has written many ebooks and monographs on strategy and marketing, including What is Social Media?, which was translated into several languages and earned over 1,500 Google Scholar citations.
Antony is CEO and co-founder of Brilliant Noise, an international marketing transformation agency with clients including adidas, Asahi, Barilla, BMW, Orange and Nestlé.
From 2016-2021 he served as chair of Lighthouse Arts, an arts and culture agency that connects new developments in art, technology and society, and an Arts Council England portfolio organisation.
Has been twice named as one of the 100 most influential people in the UK digital industry by the British Interactive Media Association (BIMA).
