Astley Book Farm

If you are looking for your favourite author, a book for the kids or simply for some ‘me’ time to browse and relax in one of our comfy leather chairs, Astley Book Farm & Coffee Shop is the place to be, come rain or shine.  We now have a wonderful new yurt in the courtyard complete with log-burner giving plenty of additional seating.

We hold around 90,000 books. The range includes antiquarian, rare and out-of-print books, a huge range of fiction, comprehensive non-fiction sections, Children's Hayloft and the Ten Bob Barn. We add new books to the shelves and the online shop daily. We are open Tuesday - Sunday 10-5 and Bank Holiday Mondays.  We buy books, but please ring ahead and discuss with our buyer.  See you soon!
