The Barrister's Book Chamber

We are a Dickensian style bookshop in the Derbyshire Peak District Town of Matlock selling vintage and secondhand books. The owner of the Chamber is a qualified Barrister of England and Wales with a passion for all things Dickens hence the design and style of the shop. Fuelled by a desire to share the antiquated world of the Bar, the Chamber was opened to showcase the oddities and eccentricities of the profession as well as sell a few books! We don't stock many law books though (the barrister can't bear to part with them)!
