Over the years, we've built up quite a library of books on pickling, fermenting and other food preservation methods. These range from beginner's guides to the Noma Book on Fermentation, and, of course, books by the quintessential Sandor Katz, probably the world's leading authority on fermentation. From the collection, we thought it would be good to recommend a few helpful and interesting reads. Instead of selling the books ourselves, we've chosen to work with the brilliant bookshop.org, an organisation that supports small independent booksellers. And, we wouldn't want Mr J Bezos to benefit from our recommendations!
