I teach people to resolve stress with mindfulness.
I found mindfulness when I suffered extreme work-related stress and anxiety. Mindfulness, a blend of modern psychology and the ancient wisdom of meditation, taught me new ways of responding to my thoughts and to the world.
So many people are suffering from poor mental health and this isn’t given the attention it deserves. Part of my mission is to speak up for better mental health and changed attitudes towards those who are stressed, anxious and overwhelmed.
