Libby’s Bookshelf

Hi, I'm Libby and I love reading. I particularly love literary fiction written by women, especially if it includes themes of feminism, gender theory and queer theory. My comfort reads tend to be historical fiction and, more recently, nineteenth and twentieth century literature from a woman's point of view. Women in Translation Month and Pride Month are my favourite reading periods of the year, and I also enjoy reading from prize lists such as the Women's Prize and the Booker (international and otherwise).
