A leading independent bookshop at the heart of the Cornish fishing village of St Ives, we are packed with lots of books we hope you'll love: general fiction, non fiction, art, local interest and beautiful books for children of all ages. 

Please feel free to call ahead to order books and also get recommendations from our knowledgeable staff - we can get most books delivered the next day.  

Signed editions are one of our specialities. We don't always have all of these listed on our website at https://www.stives-bookseller.co.uk/shop/ but please give us a call on 01736 796676 to check what we have or if we can get hold of something for you.

Another thing we love to do is publish children's picture books with a Cornish and often St Ives theme. Working with authors and illustrators such as Helen Dunmore, Michael Foreman and Rebecca Cobb they are stories to be treasured by the whole family - again these can be found on our own website.

We are a family run bookshop and have two sister shops in Falmouth and Padstow, introducing books to new readers, running events, supporting schools and loving our bookish lives!
