During Lockdown 3 the University Bookshop is closed for browsing but open online. We can't wait to see you all back on campus and in the bookshop soon, but in the meantime, take care, support bookshops online, on bookshop.org, and wherever you can! https://bookshop.canterbury.ac.uk/ email: [email protected]
The University Bookshop is a small academic indie bookshop which began life in 1975. We are part of Library & Learning Resources at Canterbury Christ Church University and offer the fullest support to our students, staff and the general public. Our recently refurbished bookshop is situated at the heart of campus – next to a coffee shop and overlooking the university pond.
Whilst we aim to provide the best possible customer service to all students during their time at Canterbury Christ Church University, we are also open to all booklovers!
Throughout the year we enjoy author events and book signings on campus, collaborating with our academic colleagues across all faculties. For the last five years we have joined with local communities by providing pop-up festival bookshops to celebrate the Canterbury Festival and the Folkestone Book Festival.
We always keep in stock a wide range of books from academic titles to general and mainstream bestsellers. We can order any title currently in print, often for next day collection or despatch. A price-match is offered on our recommended titles.
